This event is part of the Develop youth programme which is open to 14 to 24 year olds. Please only sign up if you are within the age bracket.
Please note, each workshop is 2hr 30 mins. Once the booking is complete, you will be asked to select the morning or afternoon slot. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve bases.

Join us at the Four Corners darkroom for an introductory look into darkroom printing in this hands-on workshop.
Photographer and darkroom expert Sarah Ainslie will lead the session, demonstrating the black and white printing process, from start to finish. You will leave having printed a black and white photograph using a film negative.
All equipment is provided but we encourage you to bring your own negatives to print. There will be some provided for those who haven't photographed using a film camera before.
About Four Corners
Four Corners Gallery and film project is an arts centre dedicated to independent photography and film-making located in the East End of London, Bethnal Green. It hosts exhibitions, film production facilities including a dakroom, and screenings of new work.
About Sarah Ainslie
Sarah Ainslie is a photographer based in East London. She has facilitated community photography projects with a range of institutions including All Change, Photoworks, and Blackfriars Settlement, exploring the analogue photography process.
Ainslie's personal work continues to be inspired by living and working in the Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Islington areas, and includes Arsenal football supporters, working women in Hackney, Smithfield Market, Spitalfields, Shoreditch at night and strip pubs in the East End. Most of these projects have been exhibited and published in various publications both at home and abroad.
